I was sent a txt on my Verizon from Target shopping center tht said i Quote "your entry last month has WON! Go to TargetContests.com to claim your FREE $1000 target gift card within 24hrs. Time sent 4:35pm. So i would like to know why when i go to tht site it says its down and won't let me redeem my FREE $1000.00 gift card tht is clearly won by me?
