Two charges appeared on my credit union visa check card by about 2 P.M. 11/25. My credit union called me to determine whether the charges were legitimate. If you call BTOSupport at 877.586.0631, you get a voicemail telling you to "have your account number ready, " music starts playing, and no one ever answers. If you call ULAANCS.com at 888.369.0014, it rings once and then you get an endless busy signal.
