The sent me a scratch off card and when i did it said to send 99.98 plus 3 books of forever stamps (20) and i would receive a 1000.00 visa card and also a 10.000.00 visa card if i won.
Have tried to contact them no such name at that address also tried to get phone number, no phone number for that name or address. Sent them all the papers by reg mail have recipts also have photo copy of scratch off card
