I signed up for the 7day free trial & used a $25 visa gift card that had less than $7 on it so I better NOT be charged because one it said it was free therefore, the amount on my card was not to matter. I cancelled my account within the 1st hour of opening the account because they didn't have the person I was looking for. The phone number didn't work to make sure I had canceled. No complaint YET but there will be if I get charged.
