Key One Solutions contacted on my mobile to lower my credit card rate to 4.7%. I paid them $988 to so. But in their contract they state that if you pay off all of balances within 90 days (I paid them off within 30 days, and sent them proof of this) that they have to refund my money. When their phones were still working they acknowledged that they received all of the proof, and that yes, I will soon be getting my refund. That was last September and still no refund. And now their phones don't work. They obviously a complete scam and are now gone, the money lost.
