I saw an add for Ugg boots on Facebook, didn't expect them to be genuine as the price was too good to be true. I undortunately didn't do my research, such as this website, before I order. Unlike some others, I did receive my boots, but they were very obviously fake i.E. Styrofoam like soles, tubing around the soles was uneven as was the lgos on the backs. I may have just sucked it up and worn them but they were also too small. I had purposely tried a real pair on in the store before ordering to ensure I would get the right size. When I complained and asked for a refund I was told repeatedly that there was no issue, they were genuine, and that there would be no refund. The English was very poor and it is obvious this is a small, unprofessional operation scammming people. I am so angry and want to warn as many people as possible. I believe they have other Ugg websites operating. Please, please do not buy these boots!!!
