I purchased a $250.00 American Express Gift Card for $1.00 usc. This item was offered as a $1.00 Bargain. The total with shipping came to $4.00 usc. I clicked on the item, went to my "cart." The Item was listed in my cart. I entered all of my information and then every field was blank and a message appeared that there were no items in my cart. I read the "How It Works" and understand you need to be fast because the first to enter one's information gets the item. I contacted customer support via email. I attempted to go back to the site, log in and purchase another item. I can get into the site and see the items, but the site will not let me log in. I was able to see the items that have been purchased or offered; however, the $1.00 Gift Card I purchased is no longer listed, but all of the other items are listed. As stated, BargainRoom will reply to all email request within 24 to 72 hours after receiving same; however, I cannot follow up with them. Based on BargainRoom blocking me and the item no longer on the page, I wish to file a complaint. Am I going to get the Gift Card or is this a To-Good-To-Be-True scam? Thank you.
