I need your help please, im from Australia and it seems that I was cheated on from someone through internet. He lived in Manila and was posted a promotion for advertisement. I contacted him by email and he requested me to make international money transfer which I did he received the payment and approved that to me then suddenly he stopped responding to emails. After a while he replied that the shipment was paused in Indonesia because in the box it was written 1 item but in reality by mistake as he stated there were 3 items, so he forced me to pay the rest two items, I refused because u I was afraid that he is playing with me. Asked him to return the package and put only 1 phone which I paid for but he did not agree and refused neither to send the phone nor refund my money. I do not know what to do and im so upset. I thought that maybe you can help and guide me to what to do and act. Please i really need your help in regard that.
