My husband recieved same message on his cell phone with same code 4787. He asked me to fill it out, after putting my name in and his phone number I became suspisious when I got the message a message stating the cell number was not a valid number and the home number was not accepted. At this point I decided to investigate on line. Wish I had done that first.
