We meet online in year chatted a lot, by email/phone. He came to Calgary to meet me, then I went down to California to meet him, we spent time at Vegas. During all these time, he had borrowed money from me bit by bit, then he went to Phillipine for a business set up, asked for more money by wiring thru banking, by Credit Union. Then things got worse, and when I stopped sending more money he requested, we got into fights, and he never admits he borrowed all those money; even threatened to sue me if I keep bothering him.

Until recently, he came back online to me from yahoo messenger, asking for friendship again. This time I got the record of our conversation online, and he did admit that he owes me money.

The trouble is he is at Phillipine now, how can I get my money back from this big scammer overseas?
