I never entered a Target contest, and I feel like Target would use better grammar, as well as maybe an email address, instead of a regular phone number. I did not visit the site, but after researching, I found that others had been sent an identical message with the exact same "winning" code.

I smell a scam. Just putting this out there for the next people that get this message and look up the number.
