Steven Matthew wrote, stating that he had invested approx $100,000 in an oil deal, but due to some convoluted situations, he had to have another $2,000 to salvage the transaction. Wanted the money sent to Africa.
I did not send any money, but need for this man to be stopped from scamming vulnerable seniors. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Pat Owens
