I ordered a dvd box set from the company on October 16th. The payment was taken out of my bank on October 30th. I sent several e-mails to the company with no response, November 10th the status of my order was changed to shipped and said 5-7 days for arrival. It still has not arrived and the tracking number given cannot be found on the ups website.
