I received a pre-recorded message from this company informing me that they were going to withdraw $30.00 from our checking account. We never asked or applied for any assistance from these people. I attempted to go to a website the recording told me to go so I could cancel this and was not able to find loanassistanceco. Comcancel. I called several times the number 866-765-5097 and did not get through to a real person so I left several messages to not take the money out, and for them to call me but I havent heard a thing. This happened before and I entered a complaint with you (complaint #133173) I never got our money back from that complaint and now they are attempting to nail us again. Please can you help us?
