Miscellaneous

I received a phone call after applying for a loan via the internet from an individual that stated I was approved for a loan of 3,000.00. He then went on to state I needed to send $165.00 to show good faith that I could pay the loan, as this would be my 1st installment on the loan. I did and he later called me back to request I send 90.00 more, originally he stated he needed 180.00 to cover the taxes on the loan. I sent the 90.00 and refused to send anymore. I then called the phone number he had listed previously 1-315-515-4384 and was able to speak with the person I thought was a loan officer and attempted to request my money back. They have not returned my calls and when I spoke to the person that called him self John and another that called himself Steve neither of the 2 will return my money. The web site I received when speaking with John wasw usapersonalloans.net and he said I would have to call IRS to receive my money back. This is definately incorrect. I hope this helps another person from falling into this trap. I also searched the phone number the individual called from it is a cricket cell phone and the location of the number is somewhere in Aurbun New York. The two individuals I sent the 2 seperate transactions where Rodel Siaga $99.00 and Paul Bacani $165.00. Please use this information to catch the individuals doing this. I am more than willing to talk to authorites in reference to what happened.
