I received a text that i won a $1000.00 gift card from Target, stupidly, entered my name, address and cell phone number. Then I saw where it was asking me to complete a survey, and asked my cell number again, which this time I didnt enter, and saw was a $9.95 charge to my phone bill. I didnt enter it and closed the site, but not sure if i will be charged or not since i did enter cell phone earlier.
