I ordered the trial pack for $4.95. Was later charged $99.95 and $49.95 for more filters I guess. I did not order these! I was on another site when this was a choice. Tried to reach by phone but the message box was full, could not even leave a message. Tried again with other operators, no answer. I want this account closed. Money should be refunded.
