Consumer Report

I received a text at 5:37 EST, stating "Your entry last month has WON! Go to TargetContest.com and enter your winning code 53822 to claim your FREE $1000 Target Gift Card within 24 hours." This is not the first time I have received this message. I have responded, "STOP" each time, but it doesn't seem to matter. Obviously, it's a scam as I never entered a contest... But it's kind of scary as we (my generation) enter things all the time now by responding to surveys and such.
