Tried to order shoes, but requested shoes were not available. Cancelled order and requested refund on 9/28. All I get is a runaround. They keep telling me I have to confirm that I want a refund and refund takes a long time. I keep confirming but nothing. What a scam!!! They even changed their website from www.sbssneaker.com to www.sbsneakerr.com. Ripoff company!!!
