I've bought 2 tickets for - Fly to Kota Kinabalu via Air Asia & Stay 3D2N @ The Palace Hotel Kota Kinabalu Daily Buffet Breakfast. Only $225.50NETT (incl. TAXES) instead of $425!
Redeemed in August and everything was confirmed. I've booked the hotel with one night extension at $45/pax. Flying on the 09th Nov 12.
On 16th Nov 12, I received an email from TS Reservation Team stating that they are going to refund us the money as the supplier was not able to meet the travelling date.
I emailed them back asking if they have any alternative dates to propose and received an automated reply that they get back to me in 5 working days. I keep calling them multiple times everyday since then, but to no avail. Tried calling Streetdeals too but was disappointed again.
