I was going through my bankstatement and noticed a charge I couldn't identify in my head so called the # (866-564-9878)& talked to someone far far away with limited english speaking skills. He couldn't find the last digits of my debit card, BUT said that my account will be credited in the next 7-10 bussiness days... What a hasstle. Looked up the the company online & found all these complaints listed. Hope somebody gets to the bottom of this!!
