Received a text saying "Your entry last month has WON! Go to TargetContests.com and enter your winning code * to claim your FREE $1000 Target gift card within 24hrs." The gift card is NOT free there are several promotions I have to sign up for and get friends to sign up for and they clearly state they will share all of my personal information. I never signed up for these texts.
