We have paid a deposit amount of $52,470 USD to a company called Fenomenal for 3x20ft containers of Canola oil and 1x20ft Container of Soya, Cotton seed oil, as the company had a web site and had been registered as company in Hong Kong since even marc who we were dealing with seemed ok.

When we paid the funds he called me and told me that he has got the money but we didn’t sign the contract which we did the next day
I had to send him copies of the art work as he was going to out this under our customers Private label, which I did, he told me that t will take appox 10 days for them to do the artwork and they will ship the containers in the weekend of the 10th November, for arrival on the 14th December

On Thursday 8th I asked him to email me a copy of the finished artwork and to let me know vessel Details of the shipment he sent me an email back saying

“I will ask. Also, there is a real screw up here with the Chinese, so I have to go to China now, somewhere in the west. I am leaving
right now, and it will take about a week. Will advise. My phone may not work, I don't know.”

I tried calling him straight away but he didn’t answer, we have sent emails to all the contact details on his web site no reply from anyone
Tried calling him numerous times it goes to answer phone.

I have done some research myself on this company and I believe that this company doesn’t exist. For a number of reasons

The phone number on his web site goes to nothing
No one reply’s to your emails from then address on the web site
There is no Floor or room number in the building he states he has an office
If you google his Name it comes up with nothing, however if you google rjkalf@gmail.com it comes up fabulous digital Robert Kalf, who Marc did say he was a part of this company
If you call the number on the fabulous digital web site is comes up with nothing
There is also a interview with Robert kalf this sounds very much like marc during
There is also a comment made on a web site Alibaba.com that Global buy Robert Kalf has cheated someone else out of money
