If you are about to join a gym, ask them if Nation Fitness handles their billing and contracts. If so, it is not worth is, run like hell. Join the Y or something. There are thousands of complaints against these guys on the web. If you do join despite this advice, you're an ass and deserves to get screwed.

The gym i joined... Kinetix in Carrboro, NC (after the guy telling me 'its late, ive been here 12 hours, there's no commitment... Just let us know if you want to quit...")
