Same thing happened to me these people deposited 300.00 into my account and I did not agree to the loan. Some lady called me at work and said that she was a process server and that she wanted to serve me with paper's to appear in court for intent to defraud online she told me she would give me 2 hours to call these people and make arrang. They scared me and when I called the # she gave me it was a company called Alliance Solutions and they said they are collecting for Hydra Financial limted and if I didn't give them a prepaid debit card now and make arrang then the process server could serve me with paper's and I would have legal fees of 1500.00. They said I owed them 858.00 and they would reduce it to 550.00 if I made arrang now. These people are very rude and nasty but don't want to provide me with anything in writing.
