I bought an online virus protection program for my computer called Bitdefender on July 6. The price was $69.95. After a recent scan Bitdefender sent this message: "One file failed to be cleaned. Your system is NOT virus free!". I removed Bitdefender from my computer on 10-26-12 and replaced it with a better system. Today I called for a partial refund and was told "It is not company policy to give refunds after 20 days" What a ripoff!
