They said that my good is hold by Turkey and have to pay for the tax but actually Turkey is not my destination and the tax rate impose by Custom Turkey should be a highest of 16.8% only but they were asking for almost 100% (he said that the tax should be 500USD which is the same as the price of good and he said his company is going to pay 200USD and he is going to pay another 100USD so I will just have to pay 200USD, just see how nice they are hahaha).
