On november 13, my nonprofit account was charged $39.95 for services i did not authorize and i have another $39.95 pending to be deducted at midnight tonight. I called the number that was given to me by the bank but no one seem to be able to locate the charge, i was given a email to send more info but was warned against using the email because of possible computer damage. I have spoken to several people but no one has been able to help me clear this up.
