I am not sure of the date but i called and emailed about this and still had money deducted out of my acct. I am on Social Security and every cent counts for me and this was such a horrible experience for me I can, t even begin to tell you. I sent the merchandise back did everything I was supposed to do and still had money deducted out of my acct. I was sure this was a legitament thing as Dr. Oz was behind it but boy was I wrong, never again will I ever order anything online again. I will never get over this one, I would just like to have my money back and you will never hear from me again. Please help me! Ms. Griffin
