Digicel disappointment

I purchase a phone recently from Digicel. The cost was three hundred and ninty nine dollars. As I arrived at home I went through the phone only to discover that there wasn't any way of increasing the volume while on a call. The speaker quality was terrible and so was the camera. Place the phone back in the box and only got the chance to make a call to them 6 days after. I never used the phone. I wanted to return it and purchase something more expensive. It was suppose to be a gift for a family member. I was told I need to send it for repairs. I called the Head Office and was also told the same thing.in conclusion I was told that there is nothing that they can do about it and that I needed to bring it in to have it repaired and it would take approximately 7 to 14 working days. I felt very unsatisfied. Digicel is not of customer service standard.
