Incompetent service

I put my car in for a rebuilt transmission - paid 2400.00 dollars. They kept the car for a month before releasing it back to me and it was doing exactly the same thing it was when I put it in the shop. I gave the car back to them 4 days later - that was three weeks ago. It has been 7 weeks they have had my car and still no car and no reason why they cannot fix it.
