Ripoff, dishonest ploy

I recieved a call saying that I was qualified to recieve a Samsung Flip phone for $19.95 that would be billed to my local phone bill. They failed to mention that there would be another $34.95 also billed to my phone bill. But they insisted I would only have to pay $19.95 a month not a penny more. They also forgot to mention a 54.95 activation fee. Warning dont fall for this company's scam
