It seemed legitimate. The promo for this was on Publisher's Clearing House Website. They used actual NBC coverage as an ad on the Today show including an interview with Angela Bussio.
The money has already been taken from my account. $77 went to Digital Academy and $9.95 went to Affiliated Education, which are both out of Utah. The reference numbers from my bank are 8555914900DIGACADEMY 855-591-4900 UT
