I was involved in a time share real estate scam involving Dalewood Properties and Development Funding Sources.

This elaborate scam was designed make me think that these two entities were working together and buying my time share property (Villa del Palmar) out of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. I had to send numerous bank drafts to a bank in Mexico. The total amount I had to come up with was $13907.52.

I was constantly assured that all the money I was sending would be reimbursed on top of the actual sale of the time share property. Obviously that never materialized, and now I'm out $13907.52.
