My husband ordered this product after seeing the dr. Oz on this type of diet. The company received my returned items on august 3 according to usps tracking report. I was promised a refund in 30 days. Today is november 16, and as of today, according to their records, "accounting is still processing the check"! I have called on several occasions and always get the same answer, in fact i am told that my account is closed!
