Wells fargo, who finances bathfitters loans, wanted to charge me 600 dollars because I didn't pay off loan of 2000 dollars exactly at the end of May, time for pay off, and I explained my delimma to the agent at Wells Fargo. She seemed to agree this was poor business and gave me the price of pay off, 1039 dollars, which I immediately payed off, minus the 600 dollar interest. Then Wells Fargo people started calling every few days wanting the 600 dollars plus interest on the original interest, now 788 dollars at this time.
