Ripoff, fraud, sending junk for $299 instead of what they are suppose to send, scam, buyer beware sChamplain

I paid $ 29 but it was $ 299 for a pre approved mastercard but recieved a box of junk mail I will never use. I stated I will use. I have reported them to my bank, and the matter will be dealt with. I don't know where these scams get your cell phone number, But that is how I was contacted so I thought it was a place where i did business with. This place is a fraud and it needs to be investigated.
