Booked for treatments for 2 people. Owner changed the treatments to suit her business and not our agreed treatments. Charged more, an inferior service. Not salon professional grade treatments. Owner refused to refund the difference for different treatments and so escalated to bbb and american express. Then realised that not only overcharge but also different treatments. Owner scammed us. Also left cash tip of usd25.00 per facialist and receptionist said there were 4 girls so my girlfriend left usd100.00 - there were only 2 girls at the beginning them somehow 3 but never 4 girls.
