Received 2 texts from TargetContests.com. I read its a scam... Want this to stop!!! Says i won 1000 dollar gift card contact them within 24 hours. Says to enter 6354 to claim the 1000 dollar gift card... Can we sue this group or get FCC to stop these scams???
