I thought I was ordering genuine Coach product and didn't realize it was fake until I received an email to use another card that my first card didn't process. I knew that was incorrect as the purchase amount was more than what was on the screen when I placed the order because I had looked at my account after making the purchase. Then I questioned what type of shipping method were they using, but they never responded to that question only that I should receive my merchandise 5-7 days. I then sent email asking about a refund 5 days ago and followed up again yesterday but have never received a response. I finally received the merchandise and it is very poor quality. Gold is tarnished and everything is plastic. I just wish people would get a real job instead of scamming others out of their hard earned money!!! Oh yeah... One more thing. There is no shipping address anywhere to return this stuff too. I called the post office and they can't find one either since it was sent internationally.
