Received a text message on my phone alerting me that I had won a gift card for $1000 at Target. Said to go to Targetcontests.com and enter the 4-digit code provided and would receive instructions to receive my card. Said it was based on my entry the previous month. When you go to website — looks official with Target logo etc. But when code is entered nothing happens.
