I recieved a mailing, which i did not order. The cost was taken out of my account without my authorization. I returned your merchandise without opening it. Now i am fighting trying to get my money returned.
Also i have as many wrinkles as i had before i started using the 1st. Order. The first order was the samples, and it is stated no obligation, so then why did i recieve an order i did not ask for? Martha smith
