On November 15 @ 6:22am I received a message on my Verizon phone: "Your entry last month has WON! Go to TargetContests.com and enter your winning code 6354 to claim your FREE $1000 Target gift card within 24 hrs."
I have not entered such a contest, nor can I find any location on TargetContests.com to enter my winning code. Unfair practices and waste of my phone minutes and time.
