Selling fake Ugg Boots and advertising them as real. When I asked for a refund this is the reply:

Before going further with your matter, could you please kindly take photos of the boots you got? Especially the part that you are not satisfied? The pictures are necessary for us to take notes of your order, and make a comparison of the others. With you pictures, we will come to solve your matter effectively.
