Ripped off

I never received 4 of the 5 items I ordered nearly 2 months ago. It has become clear to me that dishonest and dishonorable people work for you. I have constantly been lied to about my order. Told it was all sent on 11/21, which was not true. The latest lie was on 12/19 by someone named Tarhisha (probably another lie), that she would re-ship the order and imitate an investigation. I am no longer interested in the 4 items I did not receive, only that my account is cleared of the charges for them by my next payment due date. It goes without saying that I don't know which of your employees stole from you but it has to be a few.in the shipping, complaint and supervisory departments, all I know is that I didn't
