Hair in meat

I wanted to buy some steak and noticed a black hair on one of the pieces. So i asked for the manager and the lady who came to assist me opened the meat and told me it was not a human hair, its from the cow!!! FROM THE COW??? I know what cow hair looks like and that was NOT cow hair and if it was, what the hell is it doing on the steak? Sies man
