Order fulfillment center in CT. Ordered product by phone, call was ended without confirmation (automated) 11/8. Contacted center to confirm and learned that the order was tripled 11/9. Was told it could be fixed once it appeared online. It appeared online on 11/10, customer service was closed, called on 11/12 to confirm and was told that order was tripled and it was too late to change as it has shipped. Called back several times on 11/13 was told there was nothing that could be done. Shipping information indicated that product was not shipped until 11/13 - after an email and three calls. Company indicated that the phone calls were the only method of checking the order and correcting any mistakes, however when trying to do so, representatives were rude, superviser very rude and then upon 2nd call all superviser's were in a meeting.
