Was checking my account online and noticed that an electronic draft in the amount of $99.49 was posted to my account—along with a $20 overdraft fee from my bank. I disputed this transaction, I have no idea who this company is! Upon further exploration, I was informed by my bank that it was PMC who had initiated this draft. I was also told that the company a few weeks prior submitted an ACH but it was returned, causing me a $29 returned check fee. To say that I'm not happy is an understatement. I don't understand how something like this can happen; reading all of these complaints about this bogus company has sickened me.
