Miscellaneous

I bought the student version of Adobe Creative Suite 6. I purchased from an Adobe retailer.
AFTER opening the package I discovered that the full licence I thought I had purchased would only become available after I registered the product with Adobe. Without a full licence the software will cease to work.

There is only one way to get this: by opening an account on the Adobe site and sending a scan or photo of the packaging.
This I did, sending a photograph of the labels on the package.
Adobe replied they wanted further photos from inside the package. These I took and attempted to send via the Adobe site.
However the Adobe site is broken. It will not allow me to send anything. I have attempted repeatedly to report this to Adobe.
Adobe responds each time by sending me the same form letter, telling me to send more details, giving me only the link to their broken site to do it.
I am going mad as the end of the 14 day period is at hand and I need the product for my end of year school assessment work.

I believe hiding these further requirements inside a sealed box is false and misrepresenting the product for purchase.

Hiding from your customer by offering only a broken site as a point of reference is deceitful and dishonest business practice.
