Purchased online... Took payment and I got NO confirmation email or whatever! I have constantly contacted them and have not had a response... I have gone on the site 'online chat' where no one will 'talk'... I have phoned and got one answer from a woman who I couldnt understand! My recent calls have either been ignored or put onto an answering machine! When I placed my order I was able to use the 'chat' facility... I asked if they were UK based? They messaged back to me 'yes' in London! Alarm bells rang when I found the Tel number to be Manchester code!
